The Cannes Film Festival is the world's biggest where filmmakers come to party and hopefully get their movie made. Every year for 2 weeks in May, thousands of filmmakers, financiers, distributors, actors, models and social media influencers descend on this tiny town along the French riviera looking for a deal. When all the booze, parties and premier's have elapsed, how many are successful and what do the locals think of these 'tourists'?
