Pegah is a young woman caught in a difficult and secretive situation after becoming pregnant from a forbidden relationship. With nowhere else to turn, she seeks refuge with her friend Ahmad. After Pegah gives birth, Ahmad tells her that the baby was stillborn. Believing his words, Pegah is left devastated. Ahmad secretly buries the newborn beneath a young sapling. What appears to be an act of protection gradually becomes a disturbing exploration of deception, guilt, trauma, and the fragile nature of human trust
